Parts department sucks cusromer service sucks you will be on hold for a very long time they wanna sell you atv bikes and utvs but dont wanna sell u the right stuff for it i will never buy anytging else from them

Went into the dealership looking to buy a new 2015 suzuki c50 on 2-26-16. Had spoken with Austin prior to coming in. Once there Austin showed me a few different bikes and i told him where i needed to be for price. He came back with those bikes and prices. Still not where i needed to be so he went back and spoke with the sales manager and they came back out and i told him which one i was most interested in. They made a call and came back and sold me the bike for the price i had to be at out the door. All of this took place in about an hours time. The Bike was still in the crate so we did the paperwork and paid and i returned the next day to pick up a nicely detailed machine. If your looking for great people to deal with go to freedom powersports and ask for Austin he will treat you right.

The staff there was AMAZING!!! From the time I walked in to the time I left on my NEW VICTORY they made sure that all my questions were answered. Anything I need they supplied and it was the fast purchase I have made in a long time. Tim, Austin and there manager get 5 stars and above. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I bought my bike from Jonathan. He did a great job of explaining my options to me and showing me different bikes. He worked with his manager and finance guy Tim to get me a good deal on my bike. Main thing i liked about him and the experience at the dealership was transparency. They showed me the numbers and didn't try to hide behind a monthly payment. I knew what i was paying for when I bought my bike. So if you want a dealership to play numbers games with you then these guys are not for you. I decided that I wanted to add a Kawasaki KLR 650 to my motorcycles, so I contacted 8-10 Kawasaki dealers within 100 miles of Athens GA to see what was available. There were only TWO dealerships who bothered to reply and Cycle Nation was one. Rick Drinkwater was very helpful and responded to my questions immediately.

Since I was already familiar with the KLR and had decided on which color I wanted, it all came down to who had the best price. Cycle Nation won that competition hands down! I was able to get a 2015 model MUCH cheaper than the other dealers wanted for their left-over 2014's. Cycle Nation quoted me an "out the door" price that I was extremely pleased with- how many times do you hear that about a vehicle purchase?

When I arrived at the dealership (on a busy Saturday afternoon) I was immediately introduced to Jason Hooper who already had my information in hand. Jason was very friendly and although busy, took the time to take me to the service department to go over the bike and show me around. He then took me into the business office where Tim did a great job in completing the necessary paperwork. The entire process took less than an hour.

I have owned countless motorcycles during my 40+ years of riding and I have to say that this experience with Cycle Nation of McDonough was the very best experience I've ever had with any dealer! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

I was to start by saying Allison is an AWESOME Sales Rep and you are lucky to have her! She was able to locate a 2014 Polaris Ranger Crew 570 EPS for us within a few hours when our local dealer couldn't. She had in the store the next day ready for us to pick up and had all the financing paper ready when we got there so all we had to do was sign on the dotted line and load it up. We also ordered the Polaris Trail Package while we were there and the ladies at the parts desk were very helpful. The trail package arrive a few days later and was easy for my husband to put on our new machine. I did also trade in a 2009 Yamaha FZ6R and they gave me a super trade in value towards our Ranger. My husband jokes all the time getting the Ranger has ruined our red heeler dog because now all he wants to do is ride in the Ranger instead of walking or running beside it. Even when we do get out he just gets out and guards it, lol. Allison frequently checks in on us to make sure we are still happy customers and see if we need anything and that is just another reason why she is a great asset to a Cycle Nation!

ONE LUCKY RIDER! 11:30 PM dancing with the semi-rigs on I285/I675 little stop for some Ethyl. Found myself on a flat at the end of the 224 ramp. Little plug in the tire/yes, but the wall was also damaged. Motel 6 w/Wifi. Honda shop 7 miles away. Open at 9 (must be in the South) Just came from N.C. were I was told U just have to lower your expectations and everything'll be just FINE. Got on the cell to Cycle Nation an heard the sweet voice of Laura (Johnson) she assured me that she had my tire size and she would put here top mechanic right on the job. After blowing 2 more plugs to go 7 mi. finely hobbled in on the flat. Took the 05' Goldwing/98,000.miles right in, hooked me up with a pair of Dunlaps at fair price! Great shop, friendly staff, lots to look at, comfortable lounge. An best of all Laura Johnson Service Advisor that kept me informed. Thank You Cycle Nation!

Hello, I let an idiot friend tune up my bike. The boy messed up my spark plugs he put lube at the top of the plugs. I had to bring it to your shop to find out what the problem was. Service found the problem in minutes. I am now a happy camper, my bike is my BABY. I will never let anyone work on my bike again, other than Cycle Nation. These guys hooked me up. Had a flat 300 miles from home. Got a good tip from a auto parts store guy who called a friend. Got me the phone number, this got me the hook up... It all started off with Lance. He not only got my tire on in a shorter time that is took to eat lunch but his guys in parts brought me out a section of tires. May I mention that Lance got me in touch with this great guy named Clyde. Get this Clyde Benefield is the man to know when you need cycle towing. CYCLE WORTHY TOWING 678-857-8611. This is not a flat bed made for a car. This is a beefy pick up with a gadget that lowers, pull the bike up on and lift it up. A really great way to tow you bike safely. This guy is a great guy with a great service, FOR LESS THAN A RISKY FLAT BED . Listen here, these guys treated me right. Towing, tire, speed, professional and PRICE. If CYCLE NATION treated a stranded rider, this great I can not imagine how good they will treat a return customer. If you are around exit 218 and need anything for your bike stop by and see the crew at CYCLE NATION. Cant say enough good about the way both of these businesses made a really bad day a lot better.

i came in just this pass fri. I had no intentions of making a purchase. I was looking at Honda shadow bikes. the one i really liked was used but had a great price and mileage, but in order to get 0 down financing it wouldnt have worked without a down payment. i was getting a little discouraged with the bank. then they told me they would check another bank. well they would be able to put me in a new 2011 Honda Shadow without a down payment. i said where do i sign. the service was great william was really knowledgeable on the bikes and made the experience great. they had to take the bike to the back to check it out and make sure everything was ok i asked if it would be ok to have the bike delivered tom and that was no problem. i asked for mid afternoon. about 2 o'clock the next day i get a phone call im here. i was excited to have my new bike. THANK YOU CYCLE NATION MY EXPERIENCE WAS INCREDIBLE. i will be coming back for gear, parts and maybe even another bike!!!!!

I had spent hours over the course of a few years researching and looking at different bikes. I had a nightmare experience with Griffin Suzuki when I purchased my first bike so I was VERY careful when I was ready for my next purchase. Kept looking online and kept returning off and on to Cycle Nation of McDonough. Once I made the decision of what I wanted it was time to move forward. I had a great experience with Cycle Nation. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. They have an excellent inventory to get a feel of a diverse variety of sport bikes and cruisers. My salesmen were Nate and Jordan. (Nate started with me and Jordan took over as Nate left. I was alarmed when my salesman I had established a sense of trust with left but Jordan was outstanding.) It was important to them that I got what I wanted not what they wanted me to have. They responded to emails and texts. Jordan brought my bike to me after it was put together from the crate! 2011 Yamaha Stryker (raven). Soooooo sweet. I also got a new lid. A beautiful Shoei helmet with awesome graphics that was on sale. It was perfect. They have a great selection of accessories. It's just a nice place to visit and look at rides regardless of whether you're on the brink to purchase like I was or just want to look at new and older model bikes. They also have a huge 4 wheeler, dirt bike, and side by side selection. They have rider events organized by the store as well. Well, it's the morning after my purchase. I have no remorse or worries for making the purchase, only excitement and the feeling that I FINALLY did it. Finally. :-)

Before I came to Cycle Nation of McDonough, I was going to Cycle Specialty in Fayetteville, and the customer service was very RUDE and HORRIBLE. I experienced a complete electrical shutdown. The service manager Buddy told me to bring it down right away. Cool. When I got to the dealership, Buddy came right out and looked at the bike..he waved his magic wand, turned a bolt..and whalla...fixed! I did not even have to unload the bike, and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes!! One of the best dealership visits I have ever experienced! I've been riding bikes for 20 years, from dirt bikes to cruisers to liter sport bikes, so it never failed that when I went into several dealerships around Atlanta looking for a 2009 Ninja 250R the first thing a salesman did was try to push me off on a larger, more expensive sports bike. They kept claiming how I would never be satisfied with a 250 before they even heard what I wanted to use it for. Needless to say, not one of them got my business. However, this was not the case at Cycle Nation of McDonough. When I told Jeff what I was looking for and why, I believe the only question he really asked me about my selection was "Which color do you like?" The 2009's were no longer available and we worked out a great deal on a 2010 Ninja 250R. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions honestly (even later when I did ask him if an experienced rider would enjoy riding a 250). You could tell he wasn't just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear to make the sale, but was genuinely concerned that I got the bike I wanted, and that I had the right expectations of its performance before I decided. And I love the bike! It's the most fun I've had on a motorcycle in a long time. Jeff was genuine and personable and the service was excellent. I'll take great service over price anyday, and even though the price was great too, the service was absolutely top notch. You have a customer for life!

My husband and I came into Cycle Nation on 12/31/2009 and dealt with Bill and we were very pleased with the level of customer service we received. We originally talked to Bill numerous times over the phone trying to get a RZR deal worked out and the numbers just couldn't get to where we needed them to be, so we came in that afternoon and got two ATV's ('09 Suzuki LTZ 400 & '08 Suzuki LTZ 250) for less than the price of 1 Polaris RZR. We felt like Bill was being upfront and honest with us the entire time and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, which was a job because we are two of the most indecisive people in the world! He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy at all! I would highly recommend Cycle Nation to anyone and we will be loyal customers for many years to come.

I was in this dealer for a small, 49cc scooter. I know nothing about scooters, being a first time buyer, but I do know about good salespeople answering one's questions and beyond. Ray, Trent, and Mike (and another very dynamic, shorter person who pet my dog) where the nicest, most laid back and polite salespeople I have met, unlike others who are so pushy that will drive you out the door. Mike went the extra mile and delivered the scooter at my place, going out of his way home after hours. All information was provided, and I was able to see an assortment of colors and models. The staff at Outdoor Powersports made my experience a great one. Russ was very helpful with the finance process. There was no haggling over the price and it never changed. He told me over the phone what the price was for walk out and that remained consistent (which is less than I can say for other dealerships). Joey was a pleasure to work with on all of the final paperwork. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
